- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had my root canal procedure done at Dr. Thomas R. Ollerhead office, before getting procedure I requested Dr. Thomas R. Ollerhead office to get an approval from my Delta Dental insurance to insure my insurance will cover part of the cost. After Dr. Thomas R. Ollerhead office told me the approval was accepted by my insurance, I went ahead with the root canal procedure. A few months later I received a bill from Dr. Thomas R. Ollerhead office for $675.55 for what the issuance was suppose to cover. I called up my insurance company, they stated that there was no letter from Dr. Thomas R. Ollerhead office for the approval. I called up Dr. Thomas R. Ollerhead office and they can not remember if they had sent approval. They stated it was their fault for not asking if I had a root canal done within 2 years so that is why the insurance is not covering it and I am force to pay the extra $675.55. I would not recommend this place, trying to make money in anyway possible.May 01, 2017by A Google User
