  The optometrist was prompt, friendly and pleasant to interact with. He spent an adequate amount of time on my exam, was thorough and explained everything well. He answered my questions appropriately and was concerned regarding some of the findings of my eye exam. He referred me promptly to an opthalmologist who is better equipped to diagnose and treat my issues found on my eye exam. I was very pleased with the care I received from the optometrist and the attention of the office staff who helped with insurance verification and referral to an opthalmologist. The staff at the adjoining LensCrafters store were also very helpful with my eyeglass purchase and were able to put my glasses together in just over an hour. Overall it was a very positive experience and everything was done in about two hours.

  Eye doctor was fantastic along with young girl who took my initial testing and the polished older lady at the front desk. The arrogant and quite frankly pompous young woman with the tattoos all over her body at front counter was absolutely rude and obnoxious. No class whatsoever. Seems to think she is the know all of all. Because I choose not to wear eye glasses and instead contacts does not mean I do not care about my eyes.... as she bluntly insinuated.. Really why would I be there in the first place? Maybe Miss Know it all should care more about the ink being injected under her skin then my business and my choice of what I choose to wear over my eyes.
