- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Always a horrible experience dealing with the front desk workers. They are very rude and very quick to stick their noses up at you and are unwilling to help. Have had very poor experiences with the front desk people over the 15+ years I've been seeing dr.ingerman. Now I would rather spend the extra time and money that I don't really have just to be sure that I am not contributing to the benefit of the rudeness that goes on upfront. While trying to obtain my records to switch dentist the front desk person has made this extremely difficult and impossible to obtain. Instead of being polite and helpful she was curt and difficult. I was treated very poorly and am very upset with how they treat customers time and time again. This is not the first time I have been made to feel this way by their staff but it will definitely be the last.June 25, 2017by Coccinella854
- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I absolutely adore Dr. Ingerman. I've moved a bit of a distance away from his office but, can't imagine switching to another dentist. Dr Ingerman has helped me to take care of my teeth like no other dentist. I always tell him he can never retire! Staff has always been nice to me.March 12, 2017by Joan DiCenso
